Shipping policy

All orders are processed from our Los Angeles distribution node.

We do not use drop-shippers. We hold physical inventory.

Transit time begins after the package leaves our facility. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Standard Orders: Processed within 24–48 hours (Mon-Fri).
Priority Dispatch:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the SAME DAY (Mon-Fri).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or Federal Holidays. The system is offline.

KRYPT Supply is not responsible for packages once they are scanned as "DELIVERED" by the carrier.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have it, check your perimeter and neighbors. If it still can’t be found, contact us — we’ll assist with a carrier inquiry.
If the package is lost in transit (stuck/never delivered), we will work with the carrier to file a claim and, once confirmed, replace or refund the order.
KRYPT SUPPLY is not responsible for theft after delivery. For higher-value orders, we recommend shipping to a secure location and/or selecting signature delivery when available.

STATUS: RESTRICTED.

Currently, we only ship to the United States (Domestic).

International shipping lanes will open in a future update.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim delivery:
